The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
All submissions must be written in English. All papers must be original unpublished work. All papers must be submitted electronically by the deadline.
The suggested length for full papers is 06 pages, including all text, tables, figures, and references. We encourage all authors to use as much of the allowed space to effectively explain their work.
Each paper submitted to ICPIES 2025 must have a designated author assigned. The designated author is the corresponding author. The corresponding author is responsible for all activities related to the paper submission. The corresponding author acts as the assigned manager of the paper and should have the authority to speak collectively on behalf of all authors.
The full paper must be presented at the ICPIES 2025 conference by at least one of the listed co-authors to be included in the conference proceedings published in an indexed journal. The presenter(s) must register at the appropriate author rate no later than 18th July 2025.
For questions or concerns, please contact icpies@ou.ac.lk
Each submitted paper will be reviewed by members of the international program committees assigned by the Technical Programme Committee of ICPIES 2025. Reviews are traditional single-blind peer reviews where the identity of the reviewer is not visible to the author(s).
The qualitative and quantitative feedback from the reviews and other factors of consideration for the conference will be gathered to determine whether the papers should be either accepted or rejected for the conference.
Papers will be evaluated based on originality, technical content, clarity, and relevance to the conference themes.
Outstanding papers will be nominated for the Best Paper awards in each track and for the overall conference.
